Dragon Dance Club

Most Chinese dragons were seen as being caring and generous, some of them were considered to be evil or aggressive, and were sometimes blamed for natural disasters or poor crop yields. It has been said that many of the disasters in Chinese history have occurred when a mortal has offended a dragon. However most dragons are also regarded as protectors.Dragon Dance is a Chinese traditional activity to celebrate various festivals.

This year, the Dragon Dance Club is going to recruit new members. This is a great chance for you to join! Besides the regular DIP training sessions on Wednesday, which are conducted by a professional trainer, we are invited to perform in many different occasions, such as the annual Sports Day and the Hong Kong Dragon Dance and Lion Dance Extravaganza.
